Scotland unveil 2010/12 away jersey

European nation Scotland has unveiled their new home jersey that they will wear during the team’s 2012 European Qualification campaign.

The team performed disappointingly in their World Cup qualifying group under manager George Burley. They only managed 1 point from their double headers against Holland and Norway whilst they also suffered a surprise defeat away to Macedonia. Craig Levein has recently replaced George Burley as manager and he got his reign off to the perfect start with a 1-0 victory over Czech Republic, who they will also face in the Euro 2012 qualifiers.

The new Scotland home jersey is predominately dark blue with a large embossed Scottish crest in the centre of the body. Manufacturers Adidas placed their white logo in the top right of the jersey whilst the three traditional white stripes run down the shoulders and sleeves. The Scotland national badge is situated in the top left and a white squad number is placed centrally below the white round neck collar.
