Philadelphia Union OFFICIAL 2010 Away jersey
New MLS team Philadelphia Union has revealed their debut away jersey that the team will wear during their first ever season in Major League soccer throughout 2010.

The new Philadelphia Union away jersey is predominately gold with a single large navy blue stripe that runs down the centre and a thin light blue horizontal pinstripe that runs across the chest. Manufacturers Adidas place their navy blue logo in the top right of the jersey whilst the three traditional dark blue stripes run down the shoulders and sleeves. The club badge sits centrally inside the navy blue stripe although there is no current sponsored branded across the jersey.

The team are the 16th member of the MLS franchise after being approved in 2008. In May 2009, the team were branded as Philadelphia Union after four possible names were put up for vote. They will play at the 18,500 capacity Union Field soccer specific stadium when the campaign gets underway next year. Former Poland captain Piotr Nowak has been confirmed as the club’s first manager. Nowak has experience of winning honors in the MLS with Chicago Fire and DC United.
Recently, Philadelphia have been forming their squad through numerous picks at the MLS superdraft and expansion draft. One player picked at the expansion draft was former Portsmouth and Swindon Town midfielder Stefani Miglioranzi. The player has experience of winning honours in the MLS with Columbus Crew and will hope to bring his experience to the Philadelphia team.
