New Norway home jersey 10/12

European nation Norway have revealed their new home jersey that they will wear throughout the European qualifiers and any home friendly matches over the next two years.

The team had a disappointing qualification campaign for the 2010 World Cup which saw them finish in 2nd but fail to reach the Play Offs due to having the worst points record of all the second placed sides. A solid home record saw them beat Scotland and Macedonia whilst taking a point off of Iceland. However, poor form away saw them fail to win a match. Instead, they drew against Scotland, Iceland and Macedonia ensuring they fell short of the required points total. The team have been drawn in a tricky group for the 2012 European qualifiers which will see them play Portugal, Denmark, Cyprus and Iceland.

The new 2010/12 Norway home jersey is predominately red with a white round neck collar and navy blue sleeve edges. Manufacturers Umbro place their white logo in the top right of the jersey and on the edge of each sleeve. The national badge is situated in the top left of the jersey whilst there is no sponsor logo anywhere on the body leaving the design relatively plain.
