Premiership champions Chelsea FC have revealed their new third jersey that they will wear throughout the 2010/11 Premier League and Champions League campaigns.

The club had a successful 09/10 season which saw them win their first Premier League title for four years and secure a domestic double with an FA Cup success over Portsmouth. Nevertheless, the team would have been disappointed with a 2nd round Champions League exit to Jose Mourinho’s Inter Milan side. Manager Carlo Ancelotti has masterminded the double winning season but will hope to win the team’s first Champions League in 2010/11.

The new 2010/11 Chelsea third jersey is predominately light green with a black vertical stripe running down the centre of the body. A thin blue vertical pinstripe is place inside the black stripe. Manufacturers Adidas place their black logo in the top right of the jersey whilst the three traditional black stripes run down the shoulders. The black club badge is situated in the top left and sponsors “Samsung” position their large black worded logo across the middle of the jersey. Other details include a black V neck collar with a light blue trim.
