New Blackpool 10/11 away jersey

Championship Play Off winners Blackpool have revealed their new away jersey that they will wear throughout their debut Premier League campaign in 2010/11.

The team had an unbelievable 09/10 season that saw them promoted to the Premiership for the first time in their history. The club were favourites for relegation at the start of the year after Simon Grayson left to become manager of Leeds United. Ian Holloway took charge and kept the team on the brink of the Play Offs for the entire season before overtaking Swansea in the final matches. A two legged victory over Nottingham Forest saw them take on Cardiff in the final where Blackpool triumphed 3-2.

The new Blackpool 2010/11 away jersey is predominately white with an orange round neck collar. Manufacturers Carbrini place their orange logo in the top right of the jersey whilst the club badge is situated opposite in the top left. Sponsors “Wonga.com” position their large white worded logo inside a blue rectangular speech bubble across the middle of the jersey. The design is relatively plain and no other color detail is on the body.
