Celtic FC has unveiled their new International away uniform for the 2009/10 European campaign. It is unknown yet as to whether the 1967 European Champions will be in the UEFA Champions League or the Europa League but either way this uniform is sure to make a statement.

The jersey is currently available to pre order and will be released for general sale on June 12th.

The new uniform is inspired by the club’s roots and heritage. Although the jersey is predominately white, the main attention is given to the green and white Celtic tartan strips on the shoulders. Manufacturers Nike place their green “tick” logo in the top right of the jersey whilst the club crest is positioned in the top left. Sponsors Carling run across the centre of the jersey in a white typeface inside a black and green box. The shorts are covered with the traditional colours of the Celtic tartan which is sure to appeal to fans who will surely help make this unique uniform a classic.
